These terms govern the website only. Software development, maintenance and other services are provided under a separate written agreement between Bizwave and the client.
2. What Bizwave does
Bizwave develops software and integrates third-party services. Bizwave is not a bank, payment processor, payment gateway or other licensed financial institution, and does not hold customer funds.
Payment-related functionality in software we build is subject to the terms, availability, eligibility requirements, and regulatory obligations of the relevant service providers. Nothing on this website is a promise that a particular provider, integration or transaction outcome will be available.
3. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not an offer, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice. Descriptions of services and solutions outline typical capabilities; the scope, price and timeline of any project are set out in the agreement for that project.
Portfolio items marked as illustrative demos are concept projects. They are not client work and their interface previews are drawings.
